Checkout time is at 12pm on the date of your departure.

Before checking out, please go through this checklist for your own benefit.

• Make sure all items and furniture are in their original spot and as described in the inventory list.
• Remove all your personal items in the drawers and closets. Items that you hang in closets or tuck away in drawers can easily be forgotten.
• Make sure that all light bulbs and electrical devices are working.
• Check the bathroom in case you forget toiletries and bathroom accessories, towels or beauty kits.
• Scan shelves, under the beds and storage spaces before leaving. Items stored on elevated shelves can be overlooked, while some may be pushed further underneath the bed or furniture.
• Remove food from the freezers, fridges and cupboards.
• Gather your room key, possessions and other checkout necessaries.
• Make sure you have your passport and departure card for exiting Thailand.
